Recommended Ratio & Preparation Guide
Standard Ratio (Medium Stiffness): Dissolve approximately 2 tablespoons of PVA powder in 700g (ml) of water to achieve an ideal medium-stiffness finish for your petals and leaves. Adjust the amount of water slightly if you prefer a softer drape or a firmer structure.

Combine the PVA powder with water and heat it in a water bath (double boiler) for approximately 25–35 minutes, stirring periodically until the solution becomes completely smooth, uniform, and transparent.

Once fully cooked, strain the hot/warm solution through cheesecloth (marla) to remove any tiny undissolved particles or impurities for a crystal-clear finish.
Allow the liquid to cool to a comfortable working temperature.

Immerse your silk or delicate fabric thoroughly, gently squeeze out the excess solution, and pin for drying.

Storage: The prepared solution can be stored in a sealed container and used over a long period.
